This is the third time I’ve ordered from Vooray and the shipping is fast and the items are well packaged.

Love it! Material is durable, great pockets and the perfect size for all my stuff!

Shipping was a slow even though it was supposed to take 1-2 days; it took 2 weeks and several email correspondences asking where my purchase was. The person who finally answered the email blamed the shipping co for not updating the status when it was clear to me the only thing that had happened was a label was created. . Only 2 of 5 emails were answered and 0/0 for an answer to my voicemail. I was very close to contacting the BBB

My only complaint is that you have to pay for both shipping and returns.

I had an issue and called the customer service phone number numerous times and no one ever answered. I left voicemails and no one called me back. I sent emails and no one responded.
