I have yet to receive the actual items I ordered. I see that my order says completed when I click on status.

I have not yet received my order. I did receive two emails back-to-back. One to say the item is backordered 4-6 weeks, the other to say the item has shipped. I'm not sure what to believe there. That's about all I can say for now until I receive the order.

Product was delivered in a timely manner. The headrest was exactly as described.

Although initial contact took a little longer to get feedback and information, the service that was provided was accurate and prompt. A little pricey, but what do you expect, these are Volvo parts. All in all a good experience and I will use again if/when the time comes.
