Great shopping experience always. Only onve had I an issue with not so good packaging and a broken glass lid. Got a discount as apology. Always quick responses of customer service, quick delivery to Germany, lovely scents, great burning quality of the wax. Worth the (high) prices imo.

The shipping was too long

Very long waiting time for the delivery. All the candles arrived melted , wet packaging papers. No brochures to describe the purchasing. Scents is not that evident that it was written on the site.

Ím not going to purchase anything again at voluspa, as long as you are shipping with UPS. It was the saddest deliver I ever experienced.

Sadly the sent is very weak and the flame always goes out . Also please acknowledging the over packing for such a small item . Not very environmentally friendly.
