I was very disappointed with this presentation. I ordered from your website for the first time. I did not expect four individual candles to come in a brown cardboard box. My expectation was that they would be delivered in a gift box, or some branded packaging that I could wrap and present. I ordered something separately through Amazon and that box arrived crashed. For a company that clearly pays so much attention to its packaging, there’s a very weak link in your chain. I will not be buying your products in the future.

I always buy all my candles from Voluspa. Their customer service, shipping, etc. are excellent. Also, they take pride in providing exceptional products and ensuring they are packed and shipped securely.
