A very fair company to deal with, they had some items on backorder for the first order I placed with them, and because I had to wait they threw in some extra goodies free of charge. Need more businesses such as these in Canada.

Good price and good service. But tech does not answer emailed questions. Too busy I guess so I got help from the Victron group on Facebook.

Slow delivery, wrong Color, still have to train and tune your shipping and customer services. Following this expériences would hesitated with big ticket items.
