Great shorts!

I’ve been wearing or buying the same shorts from Volcom since 2000. One pair I just grew out of (round wise) and another pair my dog ate the button off. I literally had 2 pairs of shorts for 20 years from them... no fading, rips, pockets turning to dust, no an issue. If I didn’t gain 10lbs and adopt a dog I Would still have them.

I'm very understanding with the whole pandemic going on and everything, but I've reached out left messages emails and have received no response back. I'm a little disappointed about that. My kids, and myself wear nothing but volcom, and I'll still continue to. I just hope the customer service gets better soon.

I love everything about Volcom from the clothes to the culture. Its one of only a few I will order online from and everything is a breeze except when its not. If just a return then its easy, but exchanges are weird if even possible. We usually get it figured out but it shouldn’t be even a issue to exchange something purchased online. Instead you have to make a totally new purchase which might cause you to lose a sale price plus still having to wait a week to get your money back on the item your wanting to exchange. Just seems more difficult than it needs to be.

Volcom has always been one of my favorite brands to buy clothing from, I love the styles and the range of sizes. The clothes and especially swimwear is so well made and lasts after repeated washing and wearing. I live in Florida so in summertime, I wear a swimsuit pretty much every day. My fave is the simply solid triangle bikini top, I have it in 3 colors! The website is very user friendly. I like that I can save items for later and view my rewards points. love being a reward member and take full advantage of all the perks! They frequently offer discounts and sales. Shipping is always very fast, I have had to make a return/exchange before, and customer service was very friendly and helpful and the process was easy. Overall in love with Volcom, I am a customer for life! A+
