It’s my 3rd purchase from Voited (poncho, sleeping bag, and now coat) and as usual, I’m impressed by the quality of their products! Order email updates communications are also good, which is nice when something is shipping internationally.

Customer service is great, disappointed one of items was wrong item. We are in process of returning item.

The product is high quality. But I ordered a size too large and there is no way to exchange it without shipping it back to Europe on my own charge.
