Shopping was okay. But not the delivery. UPS is failing. They missed the delivery date Jan 10. One day later, I cannot reach UPS for an update. Is the package lost?

The shopping experience at the Tenson website was ok. Just wonder when we will have again the choice to buy Tenson jakets with hood that can be stored inside the collar. The delivery by UPS was not so good. They failed 3 deliveries, and in the end, more than 15 days after purchase, it was necessary to pick the parcel from a pick up point. They claimed they could not read the address. I hope it was due to Christmas overload.
