The service from VIXIN is great ..

All products are fantastic except for the face wash. I found it to be a little bit too harsh for my neck. I tend to get a little bit of eczema on my neck and it exasperated that so I don’t use it on my neck but it’s okay on my face the other products so far have all been fantastic

Nice product. Great response from company. But the excessive packaging with plastics that are not recyclable puts me off. There is no incentive to buy it in a plasic refill as it is the same price. If the packaging was sustainable I would give it 5 stars.
