There were some hiccups with shipping notifications for the 1st couple of days. But after contacting support, I was told that it was a USPS error. I have no way of knowing for certain if that is accurate or not. But it's ok. After getting a reply from customer support I was satisfied with what I was told, and everyone I was in communication with was very polite and informative. My order of White Maeng Da powder was what I would consider consistent in potency. I was not the best, but also far from the worst I've had. It's likely that I will purchase again at some point. I did get the feeling that the staff wanted to be helpful, and wanted me to have a good experience with the Vivid Brand. That in itself is very important to me & will be a big factor in my future purchasing decisions. I've left a rating of 5 stars, for an overall good experience. Thank you to the folks at Vivid.
