A lot of the reviews have already mentioned the excellent quality of the leather and the unique designs/look. However, I was most impressed with the service. The owner Cesar reached out to let me know the order fulfillment would be delayed a day or two because of logistic issues. Which he apologized for and expedited the shipping because of it free of charge. It is not a huge thing, but it was merely that he wanted to keep the experience consistent across all orders and him personally reach out to make sure my expectations were met. I really didn't even know see that there was a fulfillment guarantee, so was news to me! I will be a repeat customer, definitely pick up a glove here!
