Great service. I prefer buying through direct vendor over Amazon

I use Viva Psyllium, and the last package I received would not dissolve. In response to my inital email I was instructed on hos to mix the powder and I was informed that I couldn't get my money back because I did not the product directly from Viva. After back and forth email, Viva ultimated replaced the product, and the new one is working. I just wish they would have done that up front.

Easy ordering, quick delivery, good packaging. Best of all, I'm happy to cut out the middle "person" (amazon)!

Definitely a new skincare staple for me! I love how soft and hydrated my skin feels after application, and the best part is that it doesn't leave a sticky residue like so many other oils.
