I was trying to find something to recreate a chocolate chip shake. . . . but the one ingredient i couldn't find was a keto version of a chocolate chip. So glad I stumbled on these Cacao Nibs! The texture is spot on, and I combine them in a protein shake. Couldn't ask for better.
