Second order, I love the scents.

Yep

Faster shipping then Amazon 😆! And all canadian products.

All aspects of purchase to delivery were good.

The customer service I received from Vitruvi was fantastic! I had an issue with my machine; emailed them about it; sent the video they requested and not long after, a new humidifier was mailed out me! Most appreciated!

I have been waiting for more than seven business days for the refund of my purchase

I had been wanting to try a waterless diffuser and so happy I made the switch! I love this little diffuser… it’s aesthetically pleasing and works perfectly!!

The gadget is well made and designed and seems to work very well. My only disappointment is with the scents. They really don't smell that great. Zest for life smells okay but the others I have tried have that fake cheap perfume smell

I love the diffuser itself. But I do not enjoy any of the scents I have purchased.

Good customer service and quick. Had one of the 7 bottles I ordered leak and had it refunded in a few days with no hesitation. Well done.

Loved all scents except Laundry which surprised us. Smelled like Raid. Also need separate stick for each scent.

Shipping is extremely fast!

Great humidifier and customer service

Everything great for shipping etc. scents need some worj

Great products, love them - especially 'Pacific'.

Vitruvi is very quick to respond to any questions. Great customer service. I love the diffusers I purchased. Very clean, minimalist look.

The cloud humidifier is very efficient and quiet.

You guys are always spot on with everything - please don’t change and thanks!
