Although somewhat pricey for a person on a student's budget, I must say that the PMS support + Hormone Balance supplement is really great and worth it. As someone who has recently come off of birth control, I was greatly afraid of the side effects of withdrawal. However, my skin has not broken out in hormonal acne, and I feel a lot calmer overall. I highly recommend this to anyone who is having skin issues related to unbalanced hormones or anyone who suffers with irregular periods.

The product itself is INCREDIBLE! The packaging is gorgeous too. What I would like to recommend: 1. The pamphlete with all the different types of products is done on "Seed" paper, that way it is compostable, and can plant seeds in a landfill 2. A care programme for people who chose to get the bottles "refilled", the company should collect the old packaging and bottles, and give discount to that customer as they will be happy to re-use their existing packaging and help improve the environmental sustainability of the product
