One package sent was kinda ramshackle which I suppose means vital leaf is trying to be sustainable, but the package seemed dangerously close to falling apart… regardless, the chocolate was well packed with ice and arrived in a timely fashion.

A delicious and effective sleep aid!

These guys are the real deal. I ordered a bunch of chocolate bars both CBD and functional adaptogenic bars to be delivered, unfortunately Portland was suddenly hit with a heat wave and even though VL did their best to keep the chocolate cool (they included a cook pak and labeling on the package that specifically told delivery people NOT to leave outside in the sun but to give to customer -- they did not follow instructions). Cut to me opening my package only to find the cool pack was thawed and warm and the bars had melted. I knew it wasn't their fault but I wanted to let them know what had happened so they could address it with their shipper. Not only did they take the feedback well but they called me and sent someone over to my house to replace my order (and they threw in a little sample as well!) And they couldn't have been sweeter about the whole thing. They have earned a loyal customer for life. Not only because of the great product, but also the great crew and what the brand stands for. The bottom line is: they care.
