I usually do not write reviews. I had a total knee replacement four years ago. Everything was fine till last fall and I tweaked my knee. I have what they call runners knee and I am not a runner. I ordered three different balms. Aches and pains. Deep muscle. Frankincense. So far deep muscle has given me the most relief and I will be ordering a larger container.
