The self inking stamp is exactly as required- although removing the plastic clear cover to stamp a label to identify the stamp proved tricky. The information sheets could be clearer & the notes on the website give no details at all about this. Your service department was very responsive but the notes sent were still vague. I suggest you have a service employee try to remove said cover & then write instructions once they have achieved same!
