I love the print work and the end result, however the packaging was a bit too large for the product, so the cards moved around a fair bit during transit so some were damaged on arrival. Such a shame as I've had to throw the damaged ones away. Same thing happened when my marketing agency ordered 500 A5 flyers from Vistaprint recently. High gloss, beautiful flyers, however the packaging was too large so the flyers on top and bottom were bent and damaged. I had to throw 24 flyers away.
