Customer service at Vinglacé has always been top notch and highly responsive. Their products are amazing—so amazing, in fact, that we have purchased nearly two dozen of their coffee cups, tumblers, and travelers! We rely on our Vinglacé drinkware so much that I may give away my huge collection of decorative mugs because we only use our Vinglacé drinkware anymore. I twice carelessly knocked over my tumbler without a single drop ever spilling. My sister accidentally shoved her coffee mug off of her desk onto the floor with the slider on the lid open and did not spill anything! My son's dog once knocked over my computer table with my laptop and my Vinglacé coffee cup on it. I grabbed the table and laptop with my left hand and reached for the coffee cup with my right, but before I could even get to the cup, it had righted itself as I set the table back down flat! Amazing! I don't just recommend this product; I frequently give Vinglacé drinkware as gifts. Best product ever.
