Things went well with my first order through village vitamin, however, I was unable to figure out how to get points for my order, which is very disappointing, since I spent a fair amount of money

Fine except we have a rural address so postal delivery person put in wrong box so was delay until recipient phoned us that she had our package.

I liked the sales. Didn’t find it easy to get points for my purchase though

For my last order, 184493, placed a week ago I have nu update, no delivery and no reply from customer service email I sent. I am sorry as I had a good experience up to now but this time I am thinking I am better off ordering from other online supplements stores or just go and buy in person from nearby shops.
