Website is good and ordering process is quite simple. Where it falls short is after placing the order. There is little to no communication regarding order picking, packing and delivery date

Delivery is late. Still not received. I had been over 2 weeks. I advise not to order anything needed urgently.

The products I ordered was what was in the box. The freebies offered that I selected did not come. In 3 orders, 2 of them dumped several bottles of prenatal vitamins. I am no where near child bearing age anymore, nor do I have anyone around me to give this too. I'm unable to get to a homeless shelter to donate. Such a shame to throw this all out. Not one of the freebies I selected was in either of the boxes. The third box had no freebie whatsoever in it even though it's clearly written on the invoice plus a giant fragile liquid sticker on the box. . . but no liquids inside. The logistics of the transport company is an exercise in frustration. It's not accurate nor proper details. Plus one box had big rips / holes in it even though it was extremely light. Send in your order, pay for it and forget it, till it shows up, to save yourself the frustration from the delivery company. This was my first order. 😔. I did start to worry I was scammed until it finally arrived at my door. Again all that I ordered and paid for was in fact in the box. The promos is no promo.

Hello, Usually, it has been amazing and quick. But last order, the order item wasn’t in stock but I wasn’t notified, until I realized that my order wasn’t coming in. After the order was rectified, the order itself was again delayed. Accident with driver but again, no notification, until I resumed the conversation. Again, everyone was great to help but not there to notify. Hope it is just a one off. Thanx! DF

We ordered a large order of vitamins Oct 21st and they never arrived I finally called on Nov 7th to ask where it was and was told that it was returned no indication if it went out to us. So they reshipped and we received it November 20th one month later and no apology or offer for a future discount for the inconvenience.
