I am disappointed that I don’t get the gifts I’m supposed to get and a few times I didn’t get one at all!! I have spent hundreds here and my last order was over 200 dollars and I didn’t get any gift!! You state on your website that all orders over 99 dollars get a free gift!!! Maybe you shouldn’t say that if you can’t supply!

There has been an improvement in how many days to receive order vs 6 months ago. Aldo now getting an email when order is on its way.

Overall I’ve been quite happy although my past order was placed on June 24 and today I called to find out the status and was told one item was unavailable and therefore the entire order was held back. Had someone called me first to let me know, I would have said to send the missing item later or cancel it and my order could have arrived by now. Sadly, this did not happen until I called today on June 29 to inquire. As I mentioned, usually your online system is very good so hopefully this is just a one off! The person that did help me today was very kind and helpful which I greatly appreciated.

When I ordered, I could not add the +100$ gift. I write about my order and they said it would be added a stainless waterbottle. When I received my order. . . No Stainless water bottle. . . a bit desappointed!
