We have had our desktop ViewSonic Monitor for many years. I do not know the model number. We plan on purchasing another ViewSonic when this one wears out! Good product.

Too long to ship and shipment was slow in arriving.

Not going to lie, my experience with this monitor has been great. Up until recently I'd constantly boast and talk up how good it was compared to my previous monitors, including recommending to friends. Unfortunately after less than 3 years of use the screen is already failing. When it does bother to get past the logo without going black, the flashlight constantly flashes. Due to where I live the cost and feasibility of repair has led me to switch to another brand of monitor, the price to useful life ratio is way off.

As expected. No problems.

I love the screen and the customer service was great. I have a Mac mini had a little problem getting it set up properly with Support fantastic.

works great so far

A+

Can’t go wrong with ViewSonic monitors. Highly recommended!

The service department was helpful in providing instructions on how to return the faulty monitor. However, I have not received an acknowledgement that the company received the returned monitor, nor an indication that the replacement monitor has been shipped. Please advise. Thanks!

Good purchase

First the LS711HD ticked all the boxes for me. High lumens and great resolution. A win win. I also had the opportunity to work with the customer service team who helped with the online purchase. They were knowledgable and helped complete everything for a seemless process.

Excellent quality monitor. Excellent quality screen and viewing experience and most importantly for my sensitive eyes: FLICKER FREE!!!! LOVE YOU GUYS!! Will buy all future monitors from ViewSonic!!!

This monitor was a great value for the picture, size, and price! The only thing that I wished it did not have is the built in speakers. They are like listening to an old radio and to get my other speakers or ear buds to work, I need to connect them into the monitor. Otherwise I'm vary happy with my purchase!! Thank you ViewSonic!!!

Easy and quick transaction

Bulb works great.

took over a week to receive a product and I paid $90 for expedited shipping

This monitor delivers impressive resolution with vibrant, eye-catching colors that truly pop. Setup is a breeze, and it offers a generous array of ports and connectors to suit a wide range of devices.
