This monitor was a great value for the picture, size, and price! The only thing that I wished it did not have is the built in speakers. They are like listening to an old radio and to get my other speakers or ear buds to work, I need to connect them into the monitor. Otherwise I'm vary happy with my purchase!! Thank you ViewSonic!!!

I've had problems with FedEx before, but nothing compared to the bone-headed, non-communication, Delivery Exceptions this time. I had to call them half a dozen times and speak to an operator, but this meant going through the AI that was there to help, but didn't understand the problem or provide any solution. It boiled-down to the driver couldn't find my address in these apartments, and it was only when that was clarified could the delivery take place. The WORST part of this purchase!!

The delivery driver should have knocked. Package was left outside unattended. Also shipper next time must be 'fragile' on box to notify delivery man. Thanks
