I love this product. It’s easy for me to get my protein in now and not have to be stressed! I’ll take it as a shot or I will put it in a smoothie. I’m gonna try it in my coffee today and see how that goes. Lol

The shipping box was in bad shape, and surprised the product was OK and still sealed.

This stuff is amazing. Great consistency with no weird aftertaste. Great nutrition profile. I am a dietitian who not only recommends this to my patients but I order it for myself!

Customer service is excellent. I had several questions and they were all answered quickly and completely.

I did have issues with shipping. USPS wasn't moving the order. Once I was able to get a hold of customer service (direct email, not contact form or calling) the Vidafuel team was excellent! They kept in contact with me on what was going on, and reshipped my order UPS for free! So I did eventually get what I ordered. And now, the original order is moving and so I will end up with double. But I was really impressed with the customer service and appreciated their dedication!

Shipment arrived several days outside the shipping window. I emailed customer service with no response to date. If my husband were not able to tolerate these drinks I would not be shopping with this company again.

I wasn't very fond of the flavor and thickness. I know it is good for me, though and hope to try the orange flavor.
