I had never bought Meat online now I’m not sure If I’ll ever stop buying from Vic’s Meat. 10/10

My purchase of the whole eye fillet has been very satisfying. The piece was trimmed except for a small amount of silver skin easily removed. Apart from a few strips cut for stir fries I cut the bulk into medallions. They are very tender, moist, and excellent eating when flash fried and served. No sauce needed but au poivre or with a mushroom sauce would be excellent as well. Highly recommended. I am also a fan of the ready made meals and can't wait until the smaller versions are back on sale.

Fantastic service; exceptional products

Five-star service from start to finish. The delivery was fast and the packaging was perfect (Excellent experience! the meat arrived in pristine condition, the packaging kept everything fresh). I used the Stone Axe Fullblood Wagyu (MS 9+) for a stew and the quality was incredible. I’ll definitely be restocking once my freezer is empty! Highly recommend.

I've had a number of orders completed by Vic's. Without exception the standouts are the quality of the meat and butchering. The wagyu is magnificent and the high marbling makes rendering tougher cuts like brisket and chuck for bbq and curries fast; and the product is amazing. Italian sausages and porterhouse cuts are also a favourite in our house. Yes, you can buy cheaper elsewhere, but when you get your oder you know are getting better meat. Fast delivery, packaged on ice. Perfect.
