Always excellent. I was a bit nervous on my first attempt at Bistecca but the quality of the two pieces of beef we got from Vics was so good it would have been almost impossible to stuff it up.

Choose wisely to get good value-caveat emptor . . . . Prices are high and whilst the prose is beguiling, the products can vary from excellent to pedestrian. Online range is also somewhat limited so you need a good local butcher as well. It's irritating that Vic's shops have their own reward system and you can't combine to optimise benefits.

The sausages were pretty average, packed with filler and lacking in flavour, but everything else has been great so far.

I order every week or two, While Vic meats has some Premium Wagyu, They also have Premium beef, lamb, pork, etc all at offordable price's so if you wanto to show off at your next BBQ or you want to do your family weekly shopping, Try Vic/
