Was using the Pro Air and found I was spraying the ball everywhere and with the Pro ball, much straighter hit. I never considered the compression of these golf balls but realized it actually makes a difference. Really enjoy the Vice Pro ball.

Ordered the vice driving iron on June 25th and received a email on the same day saying I would receive my club in two weeks. Today is two weeks and no club, I emailed vice which emails you back at first and then just stops. Im guessing its AI im emailing with. Its just frustrating that you cant chat with a live person, I just want to know why my club is late. I have purchased many clubs and balls in the past and never had a problem. Very disappointing customer service.

I purchased the starter set for my son for Christmas, he went with me to play for only the second time since he had them. He swung his 7 iron from the fairway and the shaft broke, the club head went farther than the ball. When I checked his divot, he didn’t make enough ground contact to cause the shaft to snap. I tried to contact customer service via email and have yet to receive a replay about warranty or replacement. I will no longer be doing any business with them.

I haven’t received the balls yet although the many dozens of balls that I have played with have been great. And are still great

Placed order based on delivery date provided. Order is “stuck in shipping” and has been for 10 days. And no phone # to speak to customer service?This needs to ship out asap as it’s a birthday present, otherwise I will need to cancel.

The customer service was absolutely fine; I was just disappointed that Vice don’t have golf club head covers available to replace lost items.
