Product did not fit my screen.

The customer service was great but I can't use the product. The product itself (thickness, quality, etc) was top notch, I simply didn't realize the screen would be so reflective. I have astigmatism and the screen reflects the lights around me, making my eyes hurt and start to water. After struggling for an hour to draw with it I had to remove it in the end.

Very well. If can think of a way - like provide a jig to ease alignment and reduce bubbling, that will be a plus.

junk screen protector. bad fit and blurry lines.

We recently installed Privacy Lite on several of our Dell XPS devices and are very pleased with the results. The installation went smoothly, and the product fits perfectly on the screens without negatively affecting the design.

Screen had a small blemish was contacted and was told to send a picture of the blemish. It’s like they don’t trust your word.

Customer service doesn’t respond to emails.

I had a good experience with via screens. I bought the screen protector, they sent it. Bada bing bada boom, I’m a happy camper!

I purchased the screen protector for my Honor MagicPad 2 (Order #175753) and was disappointed by its surface quality — it does not feel as smooth or responsive as the tablet’s screen. After testing one of the two supplied protectors, I requested a refund under my statutory rights, but customer service refused the return citing internal policy. Unhelpful and inflexible experience — expected better support and product consistency.

This is a correction of my previous review. It seems the fault was on my side and not on the side of the product. As delivered, the screen protector ins sandwiched between two disposable protective layers. I did not realize there is a layer on top of the screen protector which made it appear not paper like and which has the sticker attached that I tried to remove – rather than remove the extra layer with the stick. Thank goodness 2 screen protectors are included. As someone that has never applied one before, I messed up the first screen protector. Patience is very much key to the process! After applying correctly, the screen protector felt great, especially with the pen!
