Very good, cleared what cortisone did not for a nasty ear.

The product I wanted was available, and it was delivered in a reasonable timeframe. I hadn't ordered anything for some time, but my account was still active, which was great.

Delivered product shelf life is too short. It's use by date is in 7 months time, grossly inadequate. Previous order the same product was delivered with a much longer shelf life.

Very disappointed that you offer express post as an option but it still takes multiple days for you to actually post the item. Means that it took the same amount of time to receive as it would have via normal postage.
