A company that answers their advertised phone number promptly from Australia, That fact alone was enough to rate five stars! However the company went above and beyond to negotiate the best possible deal for me on the other side of Australia. Thanks in advance.

First thing that stands out with Verve is their supportive and proactive customer service. The customer service team want to help you get what you need, so can can move closer to your goal. When I receive my equipment, I will be sure to comment. However, so far so good. Thanks guys!

Products look very high in quality, websites easy to use with regards to purchasing and all round can't wait to use their products when thy arrive.

Mats arrived quickly and are good value considering others only offered 4mm mats, when 6mm seems to be considered the minimum for treadmills. Unfortunately while the Verve web page stated that the black EPDM mats were black EPDM on rubber, it didn't make it clear enough that the rubber is speckled multi-colours, NOT black, which is why I only gave 4 stars.

The customer service and communication from Verve is exceptional, as is the quality of the product. Thanks very much to Shanan for helping me out with my power rack package order. Very happy with my order.

Please read to the end.. I need to stop buying VERVE equipment… I have a serious “I need that” issue, since buying my first bench from VERVE I have basically set up my garage to small commercial gym standards. No room for the car if it hails but I can walk if I need to lol. Recently I had a small issue, not really caused by anything VERVE did wrong and it’s not important what the issue was, however how my issue was handled is important. VERVE has continually surpassed my expectations of customer service. The equipment is always excellent quality compared to any other equipment I have had in the past. This will be my last review as I have a few here already which in itself shows how consistent VERVE are as well. 💪🏽💪🏽

Verve service is good until something goes wrong. Then they became no better than any other supplier. As is typical for most retailers, they give the impression they think their customers are stupid. If we are stupid then is this why we are buying from them? They really need to work on their customer service management. Apart from that why are they asking for feedback 2 minutes after my order?
