When I ordered this bag, it was for a pre order, set to ship in a month or so. The bag arrived a week later and was dirty along with a few other issues. Perhaps it was a return? VB had me send pics, after a few days of no response I let them know I’d like to return. They waived the restock fee and issued a return label. They were great to work with .
