Love would Buy again

Shipping didn’t update on my shop app other than to say on its way but it showed up within a few days of ordering (even a day after a holiday!)

Shipping was quick and everything arrived in great condition

I just went to buy my beloved Ghost Oil but OMG this was such a great deal that I couldn’t pass up. Everything in it is outstanding. The shampoo is cleaning but doesn’t strip color and the conditioner makes your hair is so soft. It’s like using the ghost oil. Plus, I loved the extra item for using before I blow dry my hair. I have short hair now more like bob but even if I had longer hair, I’d be using this all the time. Other shampoos either ruin my color or I’ll notice my hair will start falling out due to health conditions. My hair is very fragile however, luckily I am Italian so it’s super thick and I have a lot to give lol but I never like it when a shampoo rips my hair out and this definitely does not. I usually do not write reviews, but honestly had to for this because of the price point of which I got it at during the Christmas season. I don’t know if it’s gonna be a regular buy, but I really wish their products would be cheaper that way it could be a regular buy. Even though I am a cheap butt and usually when shampoo starts getting low I’ll add a lot of water to it to make the bottle full again! The only thing that will make me stop using their products is the price.

I have really curly hair that I keep straightened as a matter of preference and this is the first shampoo and conditioner that has really helped to take off the weight while still staying soft. Shipped quick and easy too, even if shipping was a bit pricey.

I initially purchased the ghost dry oil watching an influencer on YouTube. I got the product used it and immediately fell in love with it. only to find out it was being discontinued. I immediately!!!! ordered another can. Love it, it's the best.

My experience with ordering and receiving the product is fine.

Used once when out of state visiting my kids & it was too heavy, weighted my hair down. My hair is very fine, it’s unfortunately thinned with age & it’s waist length. I’ve been using HYDRATE SHAMPOO, HYDRATE CONDITIONER & HYDRATE MASK & love them all, I’m going to give the Hydrate Styling Cream a few more tries when I return, after a good cut & shorter style!

Great! I've been using Verb religiously for nearly six years. The products are of high quality, reasonably priced, with a good rewards section, and the scents are soo good. The only thing that would make them better is if they brought back their body care line.

I enjoy the product, but the shampoo bottle seal broke during shipping, so some of the contents were lost.
