Since I bought the breville one touch (I think more than 3 years ago) I used only Crave coffee. Only recently we had a rock in one of the bag and… I had to replace the grinder motor …

The shipping was very fast. There was a small problem with the delivery and customer service was very efficient and helpful and fixed it straight away. The coffee amazing as usual.

While I can't fault Veneziano Coffee quality and taste. The subscription website and online orders needs some work especially for mobile browsers for ease of use. I have had incorrect orders posted to me and or not received multiple times too.

Hello Veneziano Coffee Roasters, Your coffee tastes great, customer service needs to be worked on (1. upon ordering a coffee instore before purchasing I was told of discounts/benefits after buying a coffee 2. no-one responded to my email regarding damaged goods delivered), first delivery ordered had a damaged 1kg of coffee. Was planning to order coffee on a regular basis but not if the package comes damaged and customer service is non existent.

Great tasting decaf beans at a very good price. The robust flavour of these beans is ideal for me. Subscription provides $ savings with no risk given you can move or skip deliveries. Beans are roasted on demand so they are fresh - some other roasters deliver beans which are 2-3 weeks old.

I like the coffee very much but find it expensive

I have a subscription for Crave so I never miss out on getting it Yeah!

I use Elevate coffee beans i found it creamy and of good consistency, I was buying the stronger blend but was a bit to strong for my partner , but found elevate suits both our tastes .
