I started using the Nova shake to help with recovery during marathon training. It tastes great, mixes well and made me feel great post long-run. Will keep using!

Energy chews are nice and easy on stomach, but unfortunately gels are not nice and a very difficult swallow during activity.

I like these ok, i would just prefer plain vanilla to be honest. Then i could add to other dishes as well.

This seems to be a good product, it mixes easily enough and tastes good. I mix it with oat milk and there's no issues at all. Maybe a little expensive.
