Dear velites team I really appreciate your products and the great customer service. However I would even more appreciate to not need the customer service at all. My attempt to order something was sent back to your main supply facility. After a few weeks have passed the delivery could finally be made. But then my ordered beanie was sent to me in black not in grey. All in all my order took more than 3 months and in the end I've got a wrong item.

Bought recently at a pop up stand in the Birmingham NEC at a recent CrossFit competition ‘Strength In Depth’ staff were great including a discount - need to the weights quickly to practice heavy Double Unders for an upcoming event 🫡

Overall the all terrains are great. Nice design, versatile materials and brilliant grip on the anodised bar material. Only gripe is that they can be uncomfortable on the wrist when used in anger.

Unable to use reward points to put towards a purchase. This is unfortunate because the quality of the products is very good!

Did not arrive

Still waiting for my lifter Belt wich order I placed in Dezember. Also the „ update“ about the ongoing process regarding the presale wasn‘t to be honest an update it was just any random Picture of shoeboxes

The Grips work perfect, the have a really good grip on the bar and a nice fit on the wrist. The ordering was not good! I know it was during the black week but it took nearly 5 weeks. Shipping is done with UPS, Velites isn´t guilty here, but I will never again order in a store which is using UPS. The App don´t work, the support is not existing.

I absolutely love the stickiness of the grips. They give you superhuman powers to grip effectively. However, I’ve used them three different times, and each time I’m left with bruises below my thumb and on my wrist. I measured my hand before I purchased, so I’m not sure why these are causing such bruises every time. I also wear the wrist guards underneath.

I have not received the products, and I have not been able to get a response via e-mail from velites@velitessport.com or help@velitessport.com. Ordered products one month ago.

The product is great, but the service is poor. I bought something on black Friday and the bonus wristband didn't come with the package. So they sent me some other product with out asking. Its the last time I will bye anything from Velites.
