Can't review what has never arrived ordered August 2025 for my granddaughter after many many emails, tried to phone and left many messaged took my $160 Australia $ as I'm in NZ so waited months and then I received the shipment tracking below however it is still sitting in transit to be collected and we are now 5 mths on and still NO PRODUCTS or confirmation. Buyers be ware reviews are not good and I will continue to write and write I even went to After pay and informed them of what was happening. Terrible service. Will never order from you again

We're to start Aug did an order then after numerous emails phone calls asked for a refund due to no answer. Weeks went by and the i got a tracking number 13th Nov we are now 22 Dec and it still hasnt left the company. Logged in and it says ordered fulled. Well the worst company ever delt with and I will continue to message them as im in NZ out of pocket $169 aus $ No products for my granddaughter very sad people do this.

I would give this company a Zero or negative number. I never received my order and when I tried to contact more than once I never heard from them. I had to go through PayPal to get my money back. Thankfully that is how I paid for my order.

Customer service is lacking! Non-existent! No communication at all from the company except for a handwritten note in the box when it was finally sent. No reason for the delay, no comment when I suggested it was a scam and a quick chuck it in the post when I threatened to report them. Disappointing as it is a lovely product they are selling.

I placed the order a month ago. After many attempts, Stephanie finally responded and promised to send the package the next day. Now she is not responding at all. I just disputed it on my credit card. This is sad because the products look so good!

Placed and order 15 days ago and have sent 3 emails trying to find out what is happening with my order with absolutely no reply. I am very disappointed as this was to be a birthday gift for my granddaughter her in NZ. The service has absolutely put me off making anymore orders through this company which is a shame as I have 4 granddaughters all coming to the age that they are wanting skin care. :( I have emailed again for a refund.

Ordered not delivered after a month of ordering and silence from Vee organic when I chased it up

Never received my order. Can't reach anyone to get the order or refund.

I ordered this product in March here it is July and I still haven’t received my order. I’ve tried contacting the company multiple times and I never get a reply. It sucks because I was really looking forward to my kids using this product.

I placed my order on 10/06 and it’s still “waiting for details’. I’ve sent an email following up the status of my order but I haven’t heard anything.
