Great experience! The part was not available from the manufacturer, and Varsity Parts kept me informed at every stage until finally the part was back in stock and delivered. The item in question was a trim molding for a Lincoln. Perfect fit!

Seat cushion pad
Parts were delivered quickly and packaged well. Got a 10 year old seat cushion replaced and I can definitely feel a difference in how it feels.

The part arrived as expected and it looks great. Varsity Ford parts was not able to get the correct part right away because it kept being shipped without the wire, but they kept in constant communication with me and got me the correct part as soon as it was available. Thank you, Rob
