I have ordered from other vape websites and had to wait WEEKS! VapoRider was SO FAST AND EFFICIENT where others took 3 days just to get my order together, -they(VapoRider) - had it packaged, a tracking number, and shipped out all in less than 48 hours! From Texas to Philly in less then 3 days! And everything was perfect tasted great and was so cheap! Definitely will be ordering AGAIN!!

I bought $50 worth which was about eight items and only one of them is even slightly usable. The packaging was smashed and you could smell the disposable Vapes from a sealed package because they had not been packaged properly they had been stuffed into the smallest envelope possible which resulted in crushing the boxes and compromising the packaging of the products. It only one of the Vapes that appear to actually be brand new and within their recommended use by date is even usable. The rest of the items all either simply don't work like they were defective pieces that shouldn't have been sold or the flavoring is completely gone so even attempting to use it is like burning a piece of paper and attempting to inhale that smoke. The shipping took nearly 2 weeks and there was no correspondence whatsoever in regard to the shipping status and I could not get customer service to respond to anything via email which is your only option because calling them customer service phone number literally hangs up on you after telling you you have to email them leave FAQ page is a broken link and using the contact us form on the website requires that you still left an option as to what your message is about why your contracting them what your problem is but there are no options to actually choose from other than labels one two and three with no description at all so if you're trying to file a complaint it's probably getting sent to the financial department and therefore ignored and so on this clearly is an operation being run by people who are just looking to get money quickly with minimal effort on their part. The website looks exactly the same as the actually reputable sellers that I have worked with in the past who have prices that reflect the quality of their work this appears to be a situation where you think you're getting someone who works with the same affiliates as the reputable sellers but in fact they are a cheap copy that does not stand up to the originals. The Sugarbar dual turbo white gummy bear vape would not let me inhale once even though it was fully charged with 100% juice. I don’t understand why this happens. Nothing comes out at all. Straight from the package nothing. Charged it up. Nothing.

The mailman lost my purchase. So I contacted vaperider. No response and I even paid for insurance in case something happens. So I looked up the phone number and found their address in Houston which says shop was closed . So now I'm out of 40 dollars. Take a look at the picture before buying

I’ve been ordering from this company for roughly 3 months and I have had issues with 3 of my orders. The first two issues were incorrect vape juices (non-iced versions sent instead of the iced versions that I ordered). Both times customer service replied back to my email and refunded the $ for the mistakes. The issue I had yesterday was I received one of the four bottles of juice that I ordered and am awaiting response on how they plan to address this. Be prepared for 80% of the orders you place from this company to be wrong and then have to send an email to handle the issues as no customer service phone number.

I count on receiving my vapes- no complaints about the quality- but charging me $10. - for shipping each time when it is consistently LATE— is beyond aggravating! Isn’t there something you can do for those of us who are ripped off due to shipping? What am I paying this $10. for when it doesn’t arrive on time anyway…. . ?

I received everything I ordered. It came very fast also. The only thing I didn't like is you have to order aprox $85. USD to get free shipping otherwise the shipping is high. People hate high shipping. Another site only requires $29. USD for free shipping which is really great so I give them more business. They should lower it to no more than $49. USD total. Even if they have to charge . 15 more per item. They would make it up with more customer business. Then more customers make more repeat business.

I ordered 5 vape juices from this company on December 1, totaled $61. 00, they ONLY SHIPPED 3, when I email them about what happened, they are quiet not a word back. I will NEVER GIVE THEM ANOTHER RED CENT. Beware all.

I purchased a 10 box case of OXBAR G2200 rainbow drop vapes. Out of the ten, 2 of the actually worked and lasted the 2200 puffs until gone. The other 8 worked on and off sporadically and stopped working within the first day(s) of new usage. It seems the coils burned out or something like that. I even let them sit without use for several days, and they never worked again. Very disappointing!! I was on a 20 day back country camping trip far from any place to buy vapes. UGH. The only plus is that this vape had a great flavor and a good volume of cloud production. Overall, this was a poor purchase for me.

I love VapoRider! When you combine product availability, free shipping and low prices I haven't seen another online vape store that compares. One thing I would love is a "save for later" area in the shopping cart. It's a bummer when you have to delete items from your shopping cart instead of saving for future purchases.
