I received everything I ordered. It came very fast also. The only thing I didn't like is you have to order aprox $85. USD to get free shipping otherwise the shipping is high. People hate high shipping. Another site only requires $29. USD for free shipping which is really great so I give them more business. They should lower it to no more than $49. USD total. Even if they have to charge . 15 more per item. They would make it up with more customer business. Then more customers make more repeat business.

I ordered 5 vape juices from this company on December 1, totaled $61. 00, they ONLY SHIPPED 3, when I email them about what happened, they are quiet not a word back. I will NEVER GIVE THEM ANOTHER RED CENT. Beware all.

I purchased a 10 box case of OXBAR G2200 rainbow drop vapes. Out of the ten, 2 of the actually worked and lasted the 2200 puffs until gone. The other 8 worked on and off sporadically and stopped working within the first day(s) of new usage. It seems the coils burned out or something like that. I even let them sit without use for several days, and they never worked again. Very disappointing!! I was on a 20 day back country camping trip far from any place to buy vapes. UGH. The only plus is that this vape had a great flavor and a good volume of cloud production. Overall, this was a poor purchase for me.

I love VapoRider! When you combine product availability, free shipping and low prices I haven't seen another online vape store that compares. One thing I would love is a "save for later" area in the shopping cart. It's a bummer when you have to delete items from your shopping cart instead of saving for future purchases.

The team is really good, they are fast with the shipping, but sometimes the quality from the product change, and sometimes the pre rolls don’t burn good and is annoying because you lost product and money.

I have been a monthly customer for over a year and have been very pleased with product and service. This time I placed an order in 7/31/25. They sent an order but it never arrived and was returned to them for insufficient address. Apparently the apt. # was missing. Vaporider received the PKG back on 8/8/25. I have written 5 times and called ( no answer). No one has responded to emails either. There were 8 items in the PKG at a cost in excess of $70. 00. i have received nothing. I would appreciate the products i paid for or a refund. If they check tracking they will find the PKG. Returned to them. Sharyn Koren

I have been shopping with Vaporider for awhile and had been happy. Recently I rec'd an order of 6 Lost Angel and 2 did not work. I didn't report that thinking it was just a fluke. My next order I had to choose another brand due to Lost Angel being out of my usual flavor. Airfuze had my flavor and I ordered 8 and rec'd. When 3 did not work I contacted Vaporider informing them of the problem and my prior problem with Lost Angel. After more than a week Vaporider has not addressed the issue. Since then, in all of the 8 of Airfuze ONLY 2 worked. Without an reimbursement of some kind I have no alternative but to post this warning for others and for me to choose another company.
