Bad customer service! I've emailed numerous times with no response. How is anyone supposed to get a hold of someone? No phone number and you don't respond to emails. ???? If my stuff gets stolen I I want my money back!

The clothes are great with amazing designs and very comfortable, my texture-picky husband loved them. True to size and plus size friendly. Above all their transparency and customer service is phenomenal. With made-to-order independent fashion you have to be prepared for a longer wait and higher than regular retail prices, because it is not feasible otherwise. Both of these aspects have been in line with my other similar indie made to order experiences. I'm fully satisfied with my experience!

I'm a first time customer & let me tell you that I absolutely LOVE that this shop exists because I'm a HUGE vaporwave/future funk fan!! Well, technically my first purchase was the pink cherry blossom rain shirt but I got it through Hot Topic a few years back not realizing it was from HERE! I recently purchased 6 items, which understandably took a month to be produced before they were shipped out, but when they did, they got here in 4 days! The material is so soft & comfortable, with a much different texture than cotton I recognized Mizucat's lovely art which is what drew me here & I was going to review the Summer Cruise bomber jacket that is my favorite of the 6 items I purchased, but unfortunately all of the bomber jackets have been removed from the shop for some reason :/ I had worn it on a recent trip & got complimented on it which made my day 😆
