So - it seems I may have been a little hasty in venting my frustration in my previous review. After exemplary customer service and support, I now have the appropriate instructions and understanding of how to turn it on. I really like the device for what it is designed for. I've only had it working for 18 hours now, so hard to say much more than that at the moment. I cant give it 5 stars, I have nothing to compare it with, but it certainly does what it says it does. You're welcome to remove my previous rant, but I do urge you to make sure instructions are clear for future buyers. Thanks

The Apex Vape is an amazing product! I would recommend this product to friends for sure! The best dry herb vape I've had the pleasure of using. Simple, easy to clean and comes with a nice amount of accessories and replacement parts. If not just for this amazing product the customer service alone is amazing!

AWESOME!

I unfortunately had to return my Apex Vape due to the USB port coming loose. I had no issues with the return or getting a replacement. 5 stars to Vape Vet. However, the replacement doesn't hold a charge nearly as long as the previous one did. My first model would go for up to four sessions before needing charged. The replacement gives me ONE session and then it starts blinking and shuts down. (the previous one didn't blink either, it just turned off) So...5 stars for first Apex. 3 stars for replacement Apex. 6 stars for Vape Vet service.

Apex is amazing great full vapor on high, close to no smell on low. Store shipped it out extremely fast and I got it within days. Love it, will definitely buy from and recommend people to this site again
