First I love your wide selection and fast deliveries. And that you text me if my usual is out of stuck and suggest alternatives! But I have a problem with my last Lost Mary order. I got down to the min mark and it started tasting burnt. I replaced the pod and now it tastes burnt. I suspect its a fault in the piece that holds the pod. I still had about a quarter inch of liquid in the 1st pod so I dont know what happened. I love the idea that im not throwing out batteries, just pods so can you help me with this?

I’ve not ordered from you five times both items do not work and are defective. You gave me a credit. I appreciated that but what you sent me still is defective. I don’t wanna refund again. I ordered vapes. After waiting 7 days they tell me that there out of stock. Took my money and made me wait for something that wasn’t coming

Twice now I have received the wrong item because the boxes look identical and must be stored wrong on the shelf. The first time I had to eat the cost of $150 and give the items away because I did not like the taste. This time I have just requested a replacement. Hopefully they will comply because I saved my packing slip and will do from here on out.
