In the past I've shopped w/ you before and everything came out great. On my last order w/ you guys was a mint flum pebble and two lost mary. I was excited to try these two new brands. Unfortunately when the order arrived the flum didn't work it was leaking juice from the bottom. I was disappointed. Hope to hear from you guys.

First I love your wide selection and fast deliveries. And that you text me if my usual is out of stuck and suggest alternatives! But I have a problem with my last Lost Mary order. I got down to the min mark and it started tasting burnt. I replaced the pod and now it tastes burnt. I suspect its a fault in the piece that holds the pod. I still had about a quarter inch of liquid in the 1st pod so I dont know what happened. I love the idea that im not throwing out batteries, just pods so can you help me with this?

Twice now I have received the wrong item because the boxes look identical and must be stored wrong on the shelf. The first time I had to eat the cost of $150 and give the items away because I did not like the taste. This time I have just requested a replacement. Hopefully they will comply because I saved my packing slip and will do from here on out.
