Perfect for small condos

Sits beautifully and can’t wait for the armchair and ottoman next. Spot cleaned a few smudges from the box right off and arrives without issue upon delivery. Took 5 months but now happy I waited.

I typically read reviews prior to making any kind of purchase, but my thinking was clouded as I was excited to find the Charm 2.0….significantly priced lower than the competition (similar product, not exact). After making my purchase, I read negative reviews and became concerned that I wouldn’t receive my order. I received an ETA of 1 week after I placed order. I received the tracking number the day before delivery…the driver called 30 min before delivery…drivers brought the boxes in my living room and product was in excellent shape. I unpacked the boxes and assembled the bed in less than 10 minutes. The headboard was a little more tricky to install into the built in slots on the frame and doesn’t seem like it’s meant to hold it in place. You’ll need to gently push it in place. Headboard needs to be up against the wall. No mattress yet…as Valyou Furniture was out of stock. I’ll need to update this review to seee how bed holds up. Overall experience so far was great. customer service is very responsive and friendly…including the delivery. I was so happy that I purchased a 2nd Charm 2.0…with the same experience as the first purchase. Wish they had the daybed version as I needed one. 😊

I ordered two items from Valyou, the Australian Love Seat Sofa, and the Loox Marble Dining Table. I'm impressed with the quality of both items. The shipping was extremely fast and communication throughout the process was excellent. There was an issue with my first delivery, one item was missing. I called Valyou and they promptly fixed the issue and the item was delivered two days later. The delivery team was on time, very friendly and professional, and went above and beyond my expectations. I would order from Valyou again!

Contacted by agent to check how we like them. Told her we didn’t like them and she said she would try to get us arefund. Never called back to see how we are doing after that.

Excellent service and love the couch. Color is perfect and it’s very comfortable. Recliners work great. Also great price for what you are getting.

Smooth transaction from beginning to end. I originally spoke to someone in person, then later completed the purchase online. Although the delivery was “curbside”, the two delivery men were kind to bring the sofa up to our floor without question. Great service from associates to delivery.
