I had purchased the 19cm bracelet for my girlfriend. When it arrived it was stunning, the gems looked amazing in the light, the clasp was great quality, but I had unfortunately ordered a size too big, I contacted valentina-rose who guided me to return the original and a replacement, smaller sized one should be ordered. I did just so and received the replacement the day after ordering, and the refund for the old one came the day after that. Great business and great products, will be shopping here again

I bought 2 pairs of earrings that I knew I could not return due to hygiene reasons, but the earrings did not disappoint. They were beautifully packaged and both pairs of earrings are simply stunning. They are not too heavy and so are comfortable to wear and they look great. They are a great quality and the price is good considering the quality and style. I am so happy with the earrings, one pair is to wear for my son's wedding next week. I would definitely recommend this company and their jewellery as I don't think you will be disappointed, quite the contrary, I think you will be delighted with your purchases.
