Trying to order replacement pads and have a question. Have called four times no one answers or returns my calls.

I am new to the 'Sciatica club' and TENS treatment. I've been to more PT appointments in the last month than I can count. Recently a friend of mine opened my eyes to how I could find relief in my very own home with my very own TENS unit. She recommended the Utopia Gear Mini Electronic Pulse Stimulator Pro 3.0 and I couldn't be happier. It is so convenient, easy to operate and its even discrete enough to use while at the office. Purchased tens unit A couple of years ago. Use it every day for multiple back issues. Cannot live withou it! The customer service is the best i’ve Ever encountered. Would recommend this company and it’s products to anyone.

I contacted them because the 3.0 machine had a began to malfunction. Brandon at Midwestern Solutions was wonderful and really worked with me to get my problem solved in a timely fashion. I was really concerned about not having the machine available (I use it almost everyday) but Brandon made the process very timely and easy. I recommend the machine and Midwestern Solutions.

I have used this product for my bad hip and it has helped a lot. Recently I moved across the country and in the move the unit was packed up and I didn't get a chance to re-charge the battery for a while ... so it died. I sent an email to Brandon Molnar at the company and he responded right away. He asked me to send him the unit and within a week I had an entire replacement package at no charge. Not even the shipping cost. This is a great product and company. You will love it!

I became well acquainted with stimulation units during many months of physical therapy for my shoulder. Tested Utipia Gear's product at the Topsfield Fair and found it to be a very powerful unit, especially given its very small profile. I bought one to use for chronic back pain but had difficulty getting unit to work. I called the company and left a message. Brandon, company owner, called me back almost immediately and helped me through. He explained that BOTH pads need to be attached to complete the circuit and now I'm back in business enjoying some exceptional stimulation while sitting here at work! I also had an issue with my nephew apparently walking off with my charger but Brandon took care of that immediately as well. Can't say enough positive things about both the unit and the exemplary customer service!!!

It has been and you don't understand what a relief it has been to have the tens unit to help me rest.

A friend introduced me to the TENS unit by Utopia Gear. I immediately went to the website and began my research for the right unit for my needs. Being on EST, I was focused on the questions I had, I called Midwestern Solutions directly and did not realize the time difference, until I dialed and just hung up. Within 30 mins the owner called me back and answered all my questions thoroughly at 6:30 am! His attention to my inquiries was superb and my unit came exactly 2 days!

I always get an immediate reply to my email and the order is always as Brandon promises.

I stopped at a vendors booth so my friend could try this unit. My neck was hurting so bad that I could not turn my head. Was talked into trying the unit by my friend and to my surprise it stopped the pain and was able to enjoy the rest of the day! What a nice surprise!

I have the Massage Pro 3.0 and it has been a lifesaver. I suffer a lot of neck pain from a previous injury and the Utopia gear works great. I did have an issue with a short in a wire. I emailed the Customer Service Department regarding the issue and they promptly sent a replacement out in the mail that day. That is great customer service and an awesome product so far after 8 months of use.

i needed replacement pads and came to the Utopea Gear website. The price was reasonable and the package arrived promptly.

I tryed this product at the Gardan trade show in Milwaukee .I took a bad fall on the ice two years earlyer and broke and sprained my hands and could not completely close my left hand,.The reason I first tryed this device was because I would get cramping in my hands and fingers but to my surprise the next day I was working at my shop and any time I picked up small screws and nuts I would forget and they would fall out of my hand because my hand would not close completly.At this time I can not only close my hand 'but' with a lot of power in my fingers the only way i could do that before is if I took my right hand and force my fingers close on my left hand.John Finco

Bought my Utopia Unit at the Fall Rod Run Car Show in Pigeon Forge, Tenn. love it, i have a different unit but it is larger and can't be hidden when worn, i can wear this unit and no one knows i have it on and it feels so good. I would recommend this "Utopia Unit" to anyone that has back pain. I have a friend that has one and he uses his all the time

Thank-you Utopia Gear! It's been a long chilly and rainy day. My shoulder was acting up and thanks to my Utopia Gear massager it is behaving again. So much more convenient and cheaper than a massage.

I purchased mine today! Ever since I tried it at the American Sweets and Baking show my shoulder has been happy all day. I pray this this will get me through all those winter pains. ...
