After 30 consecutive days of taking the menopause relief supplement, I haven’t experienced any reduction in symptoms. I also don’t care for the smell and taste of the capsules, but it would be a small inconvenience if they helped me. I bought 60 days worth so hopefully if I stick with it, I’ll see some relief. Doubtful I’ll order again.

So far the probiotic seems to be helping.
