After 9 days I finally received an email from someone. I told them I wanted to cancel this order. Its been 3 days since that email. My order hasn't been canceled and once again nobody will return my emails. The absolute worst customer service I've ever delt with!

I had heard about the NDM system, but until I rode with it and experienced first hand how my pack never moved on my back I wasn't sure if it was just marketing. It isn't. It literally didn't shift at all on my back. At one point I heard water sloshing, and I realized I was used to not hearing that because the sound of the pack sliding around my back masked the noise :)
