Quick delivery. One of my products seemed like it had been on the shelf for a while, the container was a little soiled on the outside, but the contents were intact.

I have been using this product from 27th of December 2026 to the time of writing this review which is 13th January 2026 and these are my highlights: 1. I chose Strawberry flavour which is fantastic. 2. No need to blend the mixture with water in a blending machine. I add it to a cup, mix with water, stir and drink since blending is time-consuming. 3. I take 1 serving 4 times a week instead of 1 serving 7 times a week. That's because I am taking it slow since it's my first time using the muscle supplement and don't believe in taking it daily. I work out 4 times a week, therefore I take 1 serving 4 times per week. Since I serving = 3 scoops, I take 2 scoops in the morning and 1 scoop in the evening, 4 times a week. 4. The product gives me the energy required to workout. Before, I could not effectively do a HIIT or Tabata workout, but I am pleased with my improvement. My half pushups have improved due to the supplement, and I am confident I will transition to the full pushups soon. 5. The feeling of muscle tiredness after a workout is reduced by 70% compared to not using the supplement. 6. The muscle supplement provides a feeling of fullness; in other words, I can feel the hunger from far. Wonderful product. Can't wait to buy it again.
