Tested it today at Ride Africa and made such a difference. I felt focused, had enough energy to push through a fast pace time trail. I'd recommend it all to give it a test and see the results for yourself. Fast shipping for those days you forgot to stop at the shops, just go online, order and before you blink it's at your door. PS don't take it at night for testing.
