Excellent service

I paid but I haven’t received the code, as there is a technical error when I click on the link received by email, which says “ There was an issue processing your order Please contact support for help.” I did, twice, and after 4 days I haven’t heard anything back. But i did receive this feedback link somehow. Is Someone finally going to help?

I ordered and paid through paypal 2 itunes cards of 50usd each back on April the 2nd. I never received them. It 's not only the fact that they took my money, but also the annoying sensation that I've been cheated and ignored, as I've written more than 5 unresponded mails seeking support, plus the contact support link on their page is broken. If you are lucky they might send you the codes, if they don't you'll never hear from them again.

It takes 3 days ( or more) to get your codes, it takes more than 3 days for someone to answer an email and still no problem solution. Have been buying from them for a long time and it is Always the same terrible costumer assitance.
