Amazing! Great customer service
I was a bit skeptical of this because their email was broken for some odd reason. When I called, no one answered. But I did receive a call back despite not leaving a message so I was relieved to know this isn't a shady website! If you're going to checkout, make sure you checkout via PayPal instead of going through regular checkout. Overall, customer service has been great and shipping was very fast. Set up: Very easy! I am so used to Amazon and IKEA instructions of needing to do everything from scratch. This company does all the hard work for you and all you need to do is tighten the screws. They really do mean it when they say no tools necessary. Set up was super easy to do and they give you a split king for the king size. Overall, I definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a foundation that works for modern mattresses. The only thing I would be wary of is the height. I did not account for my mattress to be very thick so because of that my bed frame + 8 inch foundation + thick mattress = a very tall bed! I do wish I got the 5 inch instead, but overall I would definitely use this company again and recommend them to my friends!

When their supply of the second product was on back order, I received a phone call asking if I wanted to wait, get a different depth or have my order refunded. We agreed to wait for a week. It's actually two twins for a king mattress. Customer service was outstanding. Such a good value for the quality of materials and construction couldn't be better. Solid. Super easy to put together. The best. Thanks so much.

From ordering , to tracking, to delivery, to assembly ...all went smoothly. Very pleased. The product is well-made. I would prefer a total encasement of the boxspring in a zipped cover for esthetic purposes, not the velcro 3-sided cover which is included with the product.

Great price. Great foundation for our Avacado Green mattress. Easy assembly.
Great product. Arrived as described and as promised and assembly was relatively easy. We put it under our Avacado Green mattress and it greatly improved the comfort of our bed.

Fits The Bill
First, I received a queen size not a twin as listed. Although I’m more of a ‘if all else fails read the directions’ type of person, the directions for this foundation was so simple I actually read them and was able to put it together correctly the first try. My only gripe is that tucking sheets and blankets under the mattress hurts my fingers cause the edges of the foundation are so hard. On the plus side my cats have a new hiding place since there is no cover on the bottom. All in all I’m quite satisfied with this pallet-like box spring substitute.
