I placed an order for and AAC device on the 11th of February. I received it on the 13th of february. Customer service impeccable I have received calls to check on how the device is working. I even got calls to help me set it up add new pages add new buttons. And overall walkthrough which I've never experienced anywhere. The gentleman who called such a gentle and patient person. As far as the device, everything is easy to set up the web pages. The website for the initial startup is very simple. Overall I am very very pleased!
