I made my order and it never arrived. I was in communication with them and they never sent me another product, I even explained to them that it was a Mother's Day gift and they didn't do anything. The package never arrived in a month and I canceled the order.

I love love love this massager!! The ergonomics are amazing for my wrists, which have been doing deep tissue massage for 30 years! Also the vibration is minimal for the user while maximal for the receiver!! I have been introducing the Therabody to my clients as well as family and friends!
